I went along to my first ever ALP branch meeting last night. Basically every electorate has a few different branches which meet and discuss policy and politics. I found it very interesting! In about a week or so i should be a fully signed up member of the ALP. Sure i might not agree with everything they do, but i'm in there having a go. I'm really looking forward to meeting people and building some good contacts and making some good friends.
