Last weekend Cross-Eyed ran a camp called Myth Buster camp with Holy Trinity Anglican church and Claremont. Unfortunately it wasn't that well publicised so only 17 students came. However God taught me some things on that camp!
1. God can do big things on small camps!
We had 17 kids and 7 made a commitment to follow Jesus!
How awesome is God, when through some badly prepared talks and a bunch of people trying to live out kingdom values in a kingdom community, and not doing that very well either, God still can work and do amazing things.
2. God will provide!
We were under prepared, but everything worked perfectly and we had the best weather of the year. We went to the beach for about 3hrs or so in September!
So once again God went to work and astonished me and the whole team!
