This became my call several times during the week that was Waves 07!! From a whole bunch of camper related medical and behavioural disasters, to managing a great yet slightly inexperienced leadership team, there were a few moments where if i hadn't had my head shaved a week before camp i would have spent a lot of time pulling it out!!!
But camp was great! I really enjoyed the challenge that it presented! Mark was a fantastic co-director and a very cool head. I had many great chats to campers about Jesus and who he was and what it meant to follow him. I was also to have a heap of fun, having water fights, playing beach cricket, and playing halo after the campers went to bed.
I would definitely do it all again!
